  1. Use only room temperature ingredients.

  2. Dig up your very favorite chocolate chip recipe.

  3. Purchase the best quality ingredients affordable.

  4. Keep cookies evenly portioned.

  5. Blend chocolate types ( chunks, semi-sweet and milk chocolate).

  6. Evenly space dough mounds.

  7. Remove from oven once edges are browned ( they'll appear slightly under-baked in the center).

  8. If any survive the night...Store in air tight container or freeze to maintain freshness.

  9. Share. Five for you...one for them.
